Welcome to the Good Work Circle!

Greetings good people....welcome to the Good Work Circle, a community dedicated to the support and education of individuals interested in constructing and sustaining good work and good workplaces. Here you can ask for advice, find resources to help you with designing your own good work and good workplace, as well as connect to others working with the same principles and commitments in place.

We have designed this as a 'circle' to communicate a flow of knowledge and interaction between members. This is also why we decided to build the circle using blog technology. We hope the circle will act as a feedback loop where current practitioners of good work can access latest thoughts and actions on the subject and where future practitioners can hear the stories and experiences of those already working this way.

We also called the community a 'circle' to communicate a holistic approach to good work which takes into account that good work is structured through not only values but also space, time, policies and relationships with others. Our goal is individual and collective wellbeing with one never being sacrificed for the other. A tall order? Quite possibly, but one to which we are committed.

We hope you will find something of interest here. We encourage you to share your own experiences, experiments and practices of good work and good workplaces. Thanks for joining and be well!
